Welcome to Hemiley. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hemiley website located at https://www.hemiley.com (the "Platform") and all tools, features, and content made available through it.

Hemiley is a free online productivity tools platform offering a wide range of tools across categories including PDF Tools, Image Tools, Developer Tools, SEO Tools, Finance Tools, Student Tools, Business Tools, Text Tools, and more. All tools are completely free to use and do not require registration or account creation.

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content or tools without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any tool or feature
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract content from the Platform

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these prohibitions, without prior notice.

4. User-Uploaded Content and Files

Several tools on the Platform — including PDF Tools and Image Tools — allow you to upload files for processing. By uploading any file to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the uploaded content, or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process it
• The uploaded content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law
• The uploaded content does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

You retain full ownership of any content you upload. Hemiley does not claim any ownership rights over your uploaded files. We do not store, retain, or use uploaded files beyond the time required to perform the requested tool function.

You are solely responsible for the content of any files you choose to upload to the Platform. Hemiley shall not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from content you upload.

5. Tool Requests

Users may submit ideas, suggestions, tool requests, or feedback through forms on the Platform ("Submissions"). By making a Submission, you agree that:

• No Submission shall be treated as confidential or proprietary to you

6. Brand Identity and Platform Ownership

The Hemiley name, brand identity, and Platform were independently created by the Hemiley team. Some visual assets and content on the Platform were developed with the assistance of AI tools. We make no blanket claim of copyright over AI-generated assets where such rights are uncertain under applicable law.

What we do assert and reserve all rights to:

• The Hemileybrand name and trademark — including the name "Hemiley" and associated identifiers used in commerce
• The source code and functional logic of tools built by our development team, to the extent authored by humans
• The overall structure, selection, and arrangement of the Platform and its tool categories, as a curated collection
• The Hemiley domain (hemiley.com) and all associated sub-domains and web properties

Regardless of the nature of our ownership, you may NOT:

• Use the Hemiley name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our written consent
• Republish, mirror, or commercially exploit the Platform's tools, code, or content on any other website or service
• Misrepresent the origin or ownership of the Platform or any of its tools
• Reverse-engineer or extract the source code of any tool for the purpose of reproducing or competing with the Platform

You may share links to the Platform and reference Hemiley for informational or editorial purposes, provided you do so accurately and without misrepresentation.

7. Tool Availability and Accuracy

All tools on the Platform are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to ensure our tools are accurate, functional, and reliable, Hemiley makes no warranties or representations that:

• Any tool will be error-free or produce completely accurate results in every case
• The Platform will be available at all times without interruption, downtime, or technical issues
• Any tool will be suitable for your specific use case, industry, or requirements

We are continuously improving the Platform and may update, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice.

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your cessation of use of the Platform.

In such circumstances, Hemiley will take reasonable steps to restore the Platform as quickly as possible.
