  • Tool request submissions are retained for up to 12 months to allow us to track progress and follow up as needed.
  • Automatically collected analytics data (aggregated and non-identifiable) may be retained for up to 26 months in line with Google Analytics default settings.

After the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 10.
